FUTURE BOOKINGS
There will now be a discretionary surcharge added to all Beauty services. This will help us with our ever increasing PPE costs (gloves, visors, masks, capes, aprons, disposable cups, sanitisers, barbicide and increased prices from our suppliers.
10% will be added to treatments under £30 and a £3.50 fixed surcharge to any services over £30.
We will constantly review this charge to help maintain value for money for you our amazing clients.

We hope to be able to offer you the full range of services you love as soon as Government guidelines allow us to do so. If you have previously booked a course of treatments which have been paid for you can also book appointments for them using the app or Facebook Book Now button, when they become available.
PRE VISIT
WE HAVE MISSED YOU
Before visiting the salon please follow the guidelines outlined here:
PLEASE ENSURE YOU HAVE NO SYMPTOMS - It's essential you don't have any of the COVID19 symptoms outlined by the NHS (high temperature, new, continuous cough, loss or change to your sense of smell or taste). If you feel unsure please contact 111.
LIMIT THE ITEMS YOU BRING - Please don't bring any unnecessary personal items such coats and bags (that can't remain with you) into the salon. If you do need to, please bring a bag to store your items, which can be kept with you under your chair.
WEARING A MASK - Please bring a protective mask or face covering. Wearing a mask is compulsory for close contact treatments and whilst it isn't required for some services it is advised, WE DO require them to be worn in the reception area unless you have an exemption card.
PROTECT YOURSELF & OTHERS
To ensure everyone's safety we politely ask all customers to follow Government Guidelines on Social Distancing and adhere to best practice hygiene measures by washing your hands for the recommended amount of time or sanitising them using antibacterial gel.
We would also ask you to respect our hard working team and bear with them during this time, as due to the extensive safety measures in place it may take a little longer to carry out your treatment.
ARRIVING AT LSH
PROTECTIVE MEASURES
ARRIVE ON TIME - Please arrive at the salon at the precise time of your appointment. A member of our team will greet you at the door were you will have to be buzzed in then shown protocol in reception we will explain the processes that are in place. You may be asked to briefly wait outside, should numbers inside the salon be at capacity.
LIMITING THE NUMBER OF GUESTS - Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate additional guests at this time, so please come alone to your appointment, unless you need to be assisted by a carer.
Whilst we love spending time with you, in the current climate we have to ask you to only stay in the salon for the duration of your appointment, in order to ensure we maintain the social distancing rules by limiting the number of people in the salon at any one time.
YOU'RE IN GOOD HANDS
We have gone to great lengths to ensure the salons are as safe as possible for both our team and customers which includes:
- Protective screening
- Hand sanitising stations
- Team members wearing PPE, aprons will be disinfected after each client
- Social distancing markers
- Customers must wear a mask for close contact treatments
- All areas of the salon will be regularly and thoroughly cleaned
BUYING PRODUCTS - Products will be for sale, with testers provided and applied by a La Sante House team member.
MAKING PAYMENT - The preferred payment method on the day is Contactless, but cash will also be accepted.
